"I had such an amazing experience with our sales representative! I put in an inquiry late Friday night and Saturday morning our salesperson got ahold of me and within an hour or two my car was ready to be picked up! Our salesperson and the finance manager made our experience so smooth and they both were thorough with all paperwork. As long as our salesperson is around I plan to do my business with him! Great customer service and very knowledgeable! What an amazing company to work with! The employees said Randy Curnow has been the best employer they've ever worked for! "My husband and I have bought multiple cars at all different dealerships and this by far was the BEST experience we have ever had! Our salesperson truly went out of her way to ensure we got the car we wanted. She was extremely helpful in making sure the process was smooth especially with the fact that we were driving 8 hours round trip for the car. I will buy other cars from our salesperson whenever it is needed! Our finance manager is also so helpful!! He was so easy to work with and answered every question. Everything was ready to go for us to sign and we didn't have to be there all evening. Everyone was personable and friendly. A dealership I want to go back to for sure!"

"I bought a used truck from Randy Curnow Chevrolet and the process was relatively painless considering my past experience with dealerships. I found the truck online and the majority of the deal was done over phone and through text as a convenience to me. Our salesperson was great to deal with as she was cordial and accommodating to my needs. She was sure to point out everything about the truck that I may not have noticed before I made a three hour trip to see the vehicle in person. I made the deal based on there being no surprises with the vehicle or hidden charges when I got to the dealership. I wasn't let down. Honesty is just not something that you expect from a dealership but our salesperson knows what it takes to make a customer want to return. ... Overall I would definitely buy from Curnow Chevrolet again if they had a vehicle that I was looking for!"

"I'm traveling for work and stopped to get food. I noticed there was fluid under my truck so I got underneath to see where it was coming from. I just had the ABS Module replaced at a different Chevy garage and it was that part that was leaking. It was getting late but I limped my way over to Randy Curnow and talked to the service advisor in service. They were full at the time so they called another one of their nearby garages and they couldn't get me in either. The service advisor ended up having me pull the truck in anyway and they got the problem fixed for me. I just wanted to thank everyone here for doing that for me, especially the service advisor and the mechanic who looked it over."

"Our car broke down 50 miles north of this dealership and when I called in to talk to folks in service, they couldn't have been more helpful. They told me if we can get our car down to them in the middle of a Friday afternoon, they would prioritize seeing how they could fix it given we were so far from home. When we got to the dealership, they diagnosed the problem, quoted us an affordable & fair price, and fixed the issue! 90 minutes after we arrived to the dealership, we were back on the highway! Even more important they were super kind and pleasant and genuinely seem like they cared about us. I could not recommend taking your car for service to this dealership anymore. "This place deserves 10 stars!! My wife and I were on our way home to Dubuque, IA from Wichita, Kansas when my 2025 GMC Truck started having a problem. We exited the interstate and stayed in Cameron until the next morning to take our truck to Randy Curnow Chevrolet. Feeling stranded and not knowing what to do we were greeted with a very friendly staff member and introduced to the service advisor. He greeted us with a very friendly smile and concern for helping us with our very stressful situation! He made us feel welcome and assured us they would take care of the problem and work effortlessly to get us back on the road again ASAP! That is EXACTLY what they did! Within three hours they diagnosed the problem, had the part, and had my truck fixed! They had to replace the fuel pump that was inside the gas tank. It was under GM Warranty so everything was covered with NO CHARGE to us at all!! We didn't even purchase the truck from them, but they still treated us as if we did and like we were family!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Dealership to everyone for your next vehicle purchase or service appointment!!"

"Broke down in Cameron, MO with engine light on and losing power. The folks at Curnow Chevrolet were able to get us in the next morning, our camshaft had broken. They were able to repair the engine over the next couple days!! The service was impeccable from start to finish, our service advisor kept us up to date on the progress. Service was completed early and we were able to resume our trip back to Columbus Ohio. We could not have been better taken care of, thanks Curnow Chevrolet for the excellent service!!"
