SAINT JOSEPH, MO | 2024 GMC TerrainApril 3, 2026Well, I had to see how everything was processing, was transferred twice, hung up on, called again, transferred again to a non working number, called again and finally got someone that stated, Ill call and Have him call you back. Well guess what no phone call was made that day and I had to call again the next day to find out what was going on. I was told this was a two day job and you guys had my car Friday afternoon Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and I picked up on Thursday. It took me forever to get to someone to talk to then I only got Text back back saying that they wanted to keep my car another day to check on it, which I am glad they did, but still I felt that it was a long time with no communication with me. Also, I went in for a oil change due to the fact that it was half off in March. I don’t think they charged me half off when I picked up my car. I still paid 161.
